TEZ is it secure

Everybody is wandering that TEZ is secure, since they are giving offers and scratch and win . first of all, forgot about offers, since only way to attract people is money. TEZ is app developed by google so we can say it is secure and also the UPI pin gives us to access permission. It has direct contact to bank account so it doesn't have any wallet (unlike other apps). The maximum money  that we get from offers is 9000 Rupees. There is requirement of any OTP's which use them easy to pay and receive.
